چکیده

There exist a wide temperature region (GiT < T − T c < T √ Gi), where the influence of fluctuations on the thermodynamic properties of superconductors can be taken into account in the linear (Gaussian) approximation, while their influence on the kinetic properties is strongly nonlinear. Maki-Thompson cotribution to conductivity saturates in this region. However, Aslamazov-Larkin contribution becomes even more singular. Such an enhancement is connected with the fact that nonlinear effects yield an increase in the lifetime of fluctuating pairs. Pairbreaking and energy relaxation processes can diminish the nonlinear effects.

The purpose of this review is to provide a comprehensive pedagogical introduction into Keldysh technique for interacting out–of–equilibrium fermionic and bosonic systems. The emphasis is put on a functional integral representation of underlying microscopic models. A large part of the review is devoted to derivation and applications of nonlinear σ–model for disordered metals and superconductors....

Influence of Interface Thermal Resistance on Relaxation Dynamics of Metal-Dielectric Nanocomposite Materials under Ultrafast Pulse Laser Excitation

Nanocomposite materials, including noble metal nanoparticles embedded in a dielectric host medium, are interesting because of their optical properties linked to surface plasmon resonance phenomena. For studding of nonlinear optical properties and/or energy transfer process, these materials may be excited by ultrashort pulse laser with a temporal width varying from some femtoseconds to some hund...

Phase Coherence Phenomena in Disordered Superconductors

Mechanisms of quantum phase coherence heavily influence spectral and transport properties of weakly disordered normal conductors. Such effects are manifest in weak and strong localization effects, and characteristic fluctuation phenomena. Over the past thirty years, theoretical progress in elucidating the mechanisms of quantum phase coherence in weakly disordered structures has been substantial...

Resistive phase transition of the superconducting Si(111)-(7×3)-In surface

: Recently, superconductivity was found on semiconductor surface reconstructions induced by metal adatoms, promising a new field of research where superconductors can be studied from the atomic level. Here we measure the electron transport properties of the Si(111)-(7×3)-In surface near the resistive phase transition and analyze the data in terms of theories of two-dimensional (2D) superconduct...

A modified variable physical properties model, for analyzing nanofluids flow and heat transfer over nonlinearly stretching sheet

In this paper, the problem of laminar nanofluid flow which results from the nonlinear stretching of a flat sheet is investigated numerically. In this paper, a modified variable physical properties model for analyzing nanofluids flow and heat transfer is introduced. In this model, the effective viscosity, density, and thermal conductivity of the solid-liquid mixture (nanofluids) which are common...
